Since the crashes happen right away, it should be simple to sort the files. What you can do is test your existing cc in batches, setting aside any that work, and splitting the batches that don't work and retesting until you find the problem file(s). The only way to be sure your cc is fine is to test in-game, and you already know something is causing the crashes. The various tools to detect bad cc are useful, but they're not completely reliable and will miss some problem items. The amount of custom content has an impact for sure, but even one item of bad cc can cause crashing or even prevent the game from launching. Some people with similar hardware can't run the most demanding expansions others manage on low settings. This doesn't mean you definitely won't be able to play, just that performance is probably not going to be great. The processor, its integrated graphics chip, and the 4 GB memory are all under the recommendations for those packs.
